Oregon Metal Slitters is now hiring to fill an immediate opening for the following position:
CLASS A CDL LOCAL TRUCK DRIVER
We have an immediate opening for a Class A CDL truck driverAt Oregon Metal Slitters, we pride ourselves in our long term, low turnover positions. We offer a family-like culture and understand employees are a key component to success. JOB DESCRIPTION
• Delivers products with a roll top or flatbed trailer up to 48’ long
• Local delivery routes or single day trips only
• Responsible for loading and unloading truck
• Maintain truck operating efficiency and driving records
• Maintain safe operation, clean appearance and courteous customer service
REQUIREMENTS
• Age 21 +
• High School diploma or GED
• Valid CDL driver’s license (no infractions) and current medical card
• Pass DOT pre-employment drug/alcohol screenings and background investigation
PAY AND BENEFITS
• Bonus/tuition reimbursement up to $5,000
• Competitive hourly rate. Shift differential, if applicable, annual raise and annual bonus
• 90% COMPANY PAID Health Benefits Package for medical, dental, vision and RX
• Vacation and Sick leave
• Terms of service awards
